What is Shorecrest?
A 28 story waterfront condominium of 98 residences on North Flagler Drive, West Palm Beach, by Related Ross. Roger Ferris + Partners is the architect and Rottet Studio the interior designer. The residences are two and three bedrooms, four per floor.
Where does it stand?
Related Ross broke ground in spring 2026 with a $157 million construction loan from GoldenTree Asset Management. In October 2026 the in-house sales team reported the structure at about the eighth floor and estimated completion for March 2028.
What does it cost?
Related Ross reported availability at $3 million and up in February 2026; South Florida Agent Magazine reported $3.5 million and up in May. The HOA is $1.90 per living square foot per month, per the sales team, which is $4,750 a month on 2,500 square feet.
What are the amenities?
About 18,355 square feet designed with Equinox: a rooftop pool deck with a 75 foot lap pool, hot tub and cold plunge, his-and-hers spas with sauna and steam, a golf simulator, a game lounge, a private dining room, executive meeting spaces and a Lifestyle Director.
